The Kidde GRSW mounting plate is a convenient and efficient solution for the installation of notification devices in the LED series. Designed to provide wiring terminals for easy connection, this board facilitates the installation process by including a shorting clip that allows circuit continuity testing prior to final installation. The device can be easily removed from the wiring plate on the room side by pushing it up with a screwdriver. The cover can also be easily removed from the device with a screwdriver to access the light and sound output settings and a diagnostic test port for voltage testing. The Kidde GRSW wiring board includes a shorting clip that, when installed, allows you to test the continuity of the notification device circuit before installing notification devices.
