The Fiber Optic Mechanical Splice Kit provides a fast and reliable solution for joining two fiber optic cables without the need for polishing, epoxy, or adhesives. It’s compatible with both single mode and multimode fiber, as well as 250μm and 900μm fiber, making it ideal for versatile in-field applications. Each kit includes (5) mechanical splices, (10) build-up tubes, (10) cleaning cloths, and (1) alignment jig, and requires only a standard fiber cleaver and 3-hole stripper for installation.
