The patented ezEX38 connectors are designed for Cat5e and small Cat6 cables, offering a simple one-piece, pass-through design with an integrated Hi-Lo stagger load bar that allows larger conductors to pass through the front for easy verification of wiring sequence before termination. Recommended for PoE/PoE+ and data applications, these connectors support conductor insulation diameters from 0.033" to 0.038" (0.84–0.97mm) and have a max cable outer diameter of 0.290" (7.36mm). They are compatible with solid or stranded 24–22 AWG wires and are compliant with TIA, TAA, RoHS, UL, and FCC standards. Termination requires the EXO Crimp Frame and EXO-EX Die (100061C).
